January 9th 2010 is the beginning of the 2010 season of the Great Southern Billiard Tour. The POOL Room Sports Bar in Duluth, Georgia will be hosting the first stop on the tour. The Tour has continued to grow in size and has become quite popular over the past few years.

The POOL Room Sports Bar will be hosting around eight stops on the tour for the 2010 season as the bar has become a popular tour stop. Fans of the game that cannot make it to Georgia for the event can watch the tournament as it streams on the Great Southern Billiard Tour channel on Ustream. The Great Southern Billiard Tour website will also be streaming footage.

The Tour is operated by Shannon Daulton and Marge Cooper who also founded the tour as well. The tour has low fees allowing more players to compete, which is just one reason why the tour has become so popular with those in the south.
