Billiards Player Shows Off Trick Shots
A regular on the ESPN billiards circuit, Mike Massey recently appeared at Vault Lounge Bar and Billiards in Indiana to show off his trick shot skills. Those who were at the event could not believe their eyes when Massey preformed some of his tricks. The show was put on to benefit the Hartford House which is a charity that helps local children. One hundred percent of the proceeds went to the charity. Derik Augustine the co-owner of Vault competed against Massey in a friendly match and actually managed to win which made the night interesting as well.
Logan Cook, a senior in the College of Engineering commented: “it was amazing to see how he made some seemingly impossible shots. My favorite shot was the machine gun shot where he lined up all of the balls against the wall and ricocheted the cue ball in between to make a machine gun noise and sink the 8 ball in the side.”
At the end of the night Massey signed pool balls for $10 each for fans as well as to increase the contribution to the Hartford House.
