Vineland, New Jersey was the latest stop of the Blaze 9-Ball Tour and Jose Garcia’s pool room, Q-Ball was the place to be for competitors. Many players played well but there could only be one winner and Joey Testa played his best and took home the victory.

Testa stayed on top of the winner’s side of the bracket. Testa had wins over Don Polo 7-1, Bill Smith Jr. 7-6 and Matt Krah 7-5. Adam Kielar was leading the bottom half of the bracket after beating Scott Freeman 7-6, Jose Burgos 7-2 and Bob Madara 7-1.

Both winning players would meet each other in a one-sided match where Testa would take win 7-4, moving him to the hot seat. Kielar would move on to the one loss side to face Wali Muhammad. Kielar dominated this match; Muhammad never got a chance to score in this 7-0 match.

So the finals would be Testa against Kielar again. Kielar would have to try and beat Testa twice this time to earn the win and the title. The first set went double hill with Kielar winning with a 7-6 score. After that set both Testa and Kielar decided to become co-champions and
two winners were named.
