Jonathon Hennessee Wins Music City Open
JOB’s was the place to be in Nashville, Tennessee for pool billiards players wanting to compete in the Music City Open. Competition was tough and Jonathon Hennessee was able to outlast the field and beat Chad Vilmont for the first place finish.

Hennessee was playing well in the winner’s side until he ran into Mike Dunkin. Dunkin was ready to put up a fight as he did not want to go to the one loss side. The matchup would be Hennessee’s closest yet as he won the match 11-10.

After that match Hennessee had a little spring in his step and he went on to beat Stevie
Moore 11-2and then he beta Shane Van Boening 11-6 to move on to the hot seat.

Over on the one loss side, Chad Vilmont was doing quite well. Vilmont knocked out Chris Bartram 11-5, Karen Corr 11-10, Johnny Archer 11-8, Davis Rice 11-7, Shane Van Boening 11-7 and Shawn Putnam 11-3. In the final match on the one loss side Vilmont faced Chuck Ralston. Vilmont beat Ralston 11-2 to move on to the finals against Hennessee.

Vilmont played well against Hennessee keeping it close but he was unable to come up with the win. Hennessee won the Music City Open Championship 2009 with a solid score of 11-7.
