Justin Muller Wins Tri-State Billiards Tour Stop
The Tri-State Tour recently stopped at Edison Billiards in Edison, New Jersey to host a $750 added 9 ball tournament. Twenty four players competed in the event which took place on February 27th. It was Justin Muller who earned the first place win. Muller made it to the final four undefeated. But then in the final four he was beat by Roy Allan 7-3 and then moved to the west side. Allan moved to the hot seat match against Carl Sallo who had just bested Robert Perkins 7-2. The hot seat match was close but Allan prevailed and moved on with a score of 7-5.
Over on the one loss side Muller faced Gary Murgia and won 7-4 while Perkins took out Antonio Navarro 7-5. Muller made it to the quarter finals and took out Perkins in fourth with a score of 7-4 and then he went on to the semi-finals. Muller then faced Allan for a rematch in the finals and he won 9-5.
