Mike Dunklin Wins Lucasi Billiard Competition
On December 19th the Lucasi Hybrid All-American Tour stopped at Ride the Nine in Bloomington, Illinois to host a $500 added event. the tournament had a nineteen player field and was a double elimination 8-ball format on 7-foot Valley bar boxes. Mike Dunklin was able to outlast Scott Boyd in the finals to take down the win.

Dunklin was able to make it to the hot seat after remaining undefeated during the competition. Dunklin made it to the hot seat after defeating John Pokora 4-0 and Jim Osbourne in the A-side finals with a score of 4-3.

Over on the B side Boyd took out Eric Naretto with a score of 3-1 and sent him home in fifth place. Vik Dalavaipalle tied for fifth with Naretto when he was beat by John Pokora 3-2 in the same round. Boyd then took out Pokora and Osbourne to make it to the finals to face Dunklin. Boyd stayed close to Dunklin in the beginning but Dunklin was able to pull out the win with a score of 4-3.
