Shaun Wilkie Wins Joss 9-Ball Tour Stop
The Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour stopped in West Hempstead, New York on the 14th and 15th for a $2,000 added event. The Raxx Pool Room hosted the event and it was Shaun Wilkie who outlasted the thirty five player field to take down the first place prize.

Wilkie beat Marc Vidal 9-2 to then go to the hot seat match against Bucky Souvanthong. Wilkie won 9-6 and Souvanthong moved to the west. Over on the one loss side Joey Korsiak beat Zion Zvi 9-6 to face Nelson Oliveira. Korsiak was the winner so he went on to face Morgan. Al Lapena won over Mike Wong 9-6 and Lenny Savata 9-2 to face Vidal. Lapena would go out in fifth and Vidal would face Korsiak. Korsiak would win and then face Souvanthong. Korsiak would win yet again to face Wilkie in the finals.

The finals were a double elimination match and it seemed as though a second set would be inevitable. However Wilkie would come back and take down the win earning the first place win on the Joss Tour.
