It was recently announced by Taylor Road Productions that Dennis Orcollo and Shane Van Boening will be the next pro players to compete in a $5,000 Challenge Match as part of the Galveston World Classic. The match will be held on September 14th at 8pm CST and fans will be able to watch live as the footage of the match will be streamed live online.

Both are top billiards players in the world and both have held the top spot for their country as the best player. The format of the match up will be ten-ball, race to fifteen with the winner breaking. Other matches to be featured during the Galveston World Classic will be Francisco
Bustamante and Charlie Bryant on the 12th and Earl Strickland and Efren Reyes on the 13th.

Bobby Rone of Taylor Road Productions said, “I think that this is going to be a great match. I admire both players’ skills and we’re thrilled to bring this match to everybody. I have no idea who is going to win, but I know it’s going to be one heck of a match and a great one to watch.”
