Vincent Morris wins Tri-State Tour Stop
The Tri-State Billiards Tour stopped in Brooklyn, New York on February 4th to host a $1,000 added tournament. The event saw forty one players competing in the event which was held at the Gotham City Billiards room.

Vincent Morris was the top player in the event and managed to remain undefeated in the competition and won against Mel McCullen in the finals to win the event. McCullen and Morris first faced off in the winners side final four. Morris won with a score of 6-3 to push McCullen to the one loss side.

On the other winner’s side, Dennis Kennedy defeated David Danchak and won 6-5 to face Morris in the hot seat match. Morris defeated Kennedy in the match 6-4 to make it to the finals. Danchak then moved to the loss side and lost to Randy Mackin 6-3 and tied for fifth place with Meshak Daniel.

Daniel was defeated by McCullen with a score of 7-3 and then Mackin was then defeated by McCullen and sent home in fourth place with a score of 7-4 in the quarter finals.
McCullen then defeated Kennedy in the semi finals and then moved on to face Morris again. In the finals, Morris was able to stay on top of the competition and then won the tournament with a score of 6-3.
