WPA Announces World Team Championships 2010
The World Teams Championship 2010 has been announced by the World Pool-Billiards Association. The WPA has stated the Championship will begin on January 30th and continue to February 7th. The first World Teams Championship event will be taking place in Hanover, Germany.

The World Team Championship will be offering $400,000 in prize money so fans can rest assured that the best of the best will be on hand to use their skills to try and win the title. With so many pros competing, the event is sure to be very exciting.

The event will see all countries nominating four, five or six person teams. All matches played will include the disciplines of 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball. Singles and doubles play will be featured in each match. Teams can be combined with male and female players, all male or all female players, whichever the country chooses.

Fans are sure to enjoy the action first hand if they are able to travel to Germany but if not the footage will be streamed live online. So, fans can check out the live streaming to see if their favorite player is going to help their team make it far in the competition.
